SCHEDULE YOUR BIOASSAY
1. Schedule your bioassay: Click the button below to schedule your bioassay. You will need to complete the online form. Please note, you are scheduling the time for the lab to perform the bioassay, not to review your results. All follow-up of your results are scheduled separately.
2. Label your sample: Please label each sample with "sample name" and "date sample taken" to correspond to the information you provide on the scheduling form.
3. Ship your sample: Ship your sample(s) to the address listed on the confirmation page once you have scheduled your bioassay. Ship "Next Day" or similar expedited service. Results will be sent via email unless otherwise requested. Your follow-up phone call will be scheduled at this time.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
The typical turn around time is 5 to 7 business days from the time we receive the sample til the time you recieve your report.
For the best results, we need to receive your soil sample within 2 days of pulling the sample.
We prefer that you wait to pull your soil sample until the soil is not overly saturated with water. Any excess water can skew the results.

We prefer a heavy duty apple corer but you may use a trowel or any other tool that will take a minimum of a 3 inch core of soil.
We appreciate your excitement at getting your results. Make sure you have submitted your payment. Reports are released once payment is received. If you have paid and it's been over 7 business days, please submit an inquiry email to info@crescivesoil.org.
